Once the design is complete, we complete the process by producing a fully annotated set of plans & specifications for our client & contractor. Our plans and specifications are produced using CAD & BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems ensure technical accuracy.

We can visit the site during the construction phase to ensure that implementation of the design is carried out. This details of this service are custom tailored to each project and will be discussed individually with our clients.

We offer full interior design services with our on staff Interior Designer. Services include, but not limited to: Finish selection, lighting schedules, tile and stone selection, exterior and interior color consultation, cabinetry & millwork design, closet configuration, space planning, furniture layout and selections, and staging & styling.
