You will be receiving this plan "as is"; any changes or additions you require will need to be completed by our team at Watersedge Design Company, LLC and will be charged by the hour (at our current market rate). Watersedge Design Company, LLC recommends that all drawings be reviewed and approved by a Licensed Architect or Structural Engineer. Drawings included are for "Design Purposes Only". All plans and drawings are the intellectual Property of Watersedge Design Company, LLC. You agree to a one time use of this design. Any reproduction of this plan or multiple use of this plan is prohibited and protected by this agreement. By clicking above you agree to these terms and understand these stipulations. 

Watersedge Design Company, LLC is not a licensed Architectural/Engineering firm & assumes NO liability for any home, structure, or installation constructed from this plan. We do not stamp or provide structural drawings & are not responsible for structural integrity. All products are for design / layout purposes ONLY. Local Codes, structural integrity & buildinging methods are the responsibility of the home owner and/or contractor.

Please note: Purchase Price includes only a PDF copy of the plans. Actual printed plans can be ordered from us for an additional fee, or can be printed at your local plan shop.
